Fitness is an integral part of my life not only for health and well-being but also for optimizing physical capacity so that I can get getting the most out of life.
Having been a keen sportsman over the years and playing some Northland and North Harbor representative rugby, I have sustained scores of injuries including: fractures, strains, sprains, and surgeries. The many hours at physio rehabbing injuries sparked my interest to become a physio.
Currently I keep myself Fit by weight training at Wolf Gym at least 3x/week and playing for the senior 1st Takapuna rugby team.
I like helping people and enjoy seeing people succeed and get back to the life they want to live.
I have dedicated myself to providing the best possible treatment I can offer so that you can get back to full fitness as soon as possible.
